Terms
The terms covering use of this website and the starting point for engagement terms once you deploy RAD Business or RAD Professional.
Last updated: 8 July 2026. These terms are issued by Tech Equity Cloud Services Ltd, company number 13561408 (England and Wales), registered office at 16 Carew Close, Chafford Hundred, Grays, England, RM16 6RZ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@techequity.cloud.
radbusiness.dev is provided to inform prospective customers, partners and investors about RAD Business and RAD Professional, and to let you book an exploratory session. You may browse it and submit the booking form for that purpose. Content and brochures on this site remain the property of Tech Equity Cloud Services Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Figures on the Value page are explicitly illustrative, not a quote or a guarantee. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, quote, or contractual commitment — those are set out below and, for anything not covered here, in a written statement of work signed before deployment begins.
Deployment scope. RAD Business and RAD Professional deploy entirely into your own Google Cloud project, under your own OAuth grants, as described on Security & trust. We stand up the components, configure them against your brand voice and knowledge base, and hand over the approval workflow to your team — the exact scope (which modules, which channels, which integrations) is agreed in writing before deployment begins.
Fees. Ongoing infrastructure costs — the compute, storage and API usage RAD runs on — are billed to you directly by Google, on your own Google Cloud billing account, under Google's own consumption-based pricing and payment terms at cloud.google.com/terms. We don't mark this up or re-bill it; it's a relationship you hold directly with Google.
RAD Business and RAD Professional are built from RAD Modules. Module deployment is credits-based — you pay for build time and, for advanced deployments, a module fee — with free credits at signup and monthly, plus optional credit subscriptions for heavier use. If you'd rather not self-serve, RAD Modules also offers guided setup, where a certified cloud engineer deploys and configures your selected modules for you. Current pricing, credit costs, subscription tiers, and the specifics of guided setup are published and kept up to date at radmodules.dev rather than restated here, where they would go stale — everything shown there is as of the date you visit and is subject to change at any time. Beyond guided setup, a fuller RAD Business or RAD Professional engagement — brand-voice and knowledge-base configuration, multi-module deployment, handover to your team — is scoped and quoted individually, may include an ongoing retainer for support, tuning and module updates, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Infrastructure service levels. Because RAD deploys entirely into your own Google Cloud project, the underlying infrastructure's availability and service levels are governed directly by the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service (cloud.google.com/terms) and Google's own Service-Specific Terms — a relationship you hold directly with Google, on your own account, which we pass on rather than duplicate or override. Beyond that infrastructure layer and whatever support window applies to a given radmodules.dev guided setup, we don't commit to a formal support-response SLA of our own; email support@techequity.cloud and we'll respond promptly on a best-efforts basis.
Data processing. Because the system runs in your own Google Cloud project, we are not a data processor for your customers' or employees' data in the way a typical SaaS vendor would be — that data never resides in infrastructure we control. The one exception, disclosed in full on Security & trust, is that draft text is sent to Anthropic's and Google's commercial AI APIs per request, under commercial terms that don't train on your data. We don't currently offer a separate, formal Data Processing Agreement for this arrangement.
Termination. Either party may end our deployment or support engagement on 30 days' written notice, unless a signed statement of work says otherwise. Because RAD runs entirely inside your own Google Cloud project, ending our engagement never affects your access to your own infrastructure, data, or Google Cloud account — that's a separate relationship you hold directly with Google, on the terms at cloud.google.com/terms, and it continues regardless of whether you continue working with us.
RAD Business and RAD Professional run on infrastructure you hold directly with Google, under the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service at cloud.google.com/terms. We accept no liability for that infrastructure layer — its availability, performance, or Google's own service levels — since it's a relationship between you and Google, not us.
For our own website and any deployment or support engagement, we exclude all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. English law does not allow a business to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud — those two exceptions remain because the law voids any clause that tries to remove them, not because we've chosen to retain them.
These terms, and any engagement entered into under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
