Privacy policy.

What we collect through this website, why, and how RAD's own architecture keeps your operational data inside your own Google Cloud project rather than ours.

Last updated: 8 July 2026. This policy covers radbusiness.dev and the booking form on it. It does not cover RAD Business or RAD Professional once deployed into a customer's own Google Cloud project — that operational data is the customer's, governed by the customer's own policies, and is described (not held by us) in our Security & trust page.

Who we are

Tech Equity Cloud Services Ltd, company number 13561408 (England and Wales), registered office at 16 Carew Close, Chafford Hundred, Grays, England, RM16 6RZ, United Kingdom. Contact: support@techequity.cloud.

What we collect on this site

The only personal data this website collects is what you submit through the "Book an exploratory session" form: full name, work email, and — optionally — company/organisation, phone number, team size, your role (buyer, IT-services partner, agency partner, investor, or other), a preferred day/time, and a free-text message about what you'd like to explore. The form is required for name and email only.

We also read standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) generated by hosting the site on Google Cloud Run, for security and operational purposes.

How we use it

  • To reply to your booking request and schedule an exploratory session.
  • To follow up about RAD Business or RAD Professional if you've expressed interest.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train any AI model.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (a third-party form-handling service) and delivered to our team's inbox at support@techequity.cloud. If Formspree is unreachable, your browser falls back to opening a pre-filled email to the same address directly from your own mail client — nothing is transmitted elsewhere in that case.

How long we keep it

We keep booking-form submissions and related email correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it sooner, whichever comes first.

Your rights

If you're in the UK or the EU, UK GDPR / EU GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and — where technically feasible — receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email support@techequity.cloud and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to your own country's supervisory authority if you're elsewhere in the EU.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

Once you become a customer

If you deploy RAD Business or RAD Professional, that system runs inside your own Google Cloud project under your own OAuth grants — we don't hold your customers' data, your leads, or your executives' mail and calendar. See Security & trust for exactly how that works, including the one place AI processing happens outside your cloud (Anthropic's and Google's commercial APIs, per-request, under commercial terms that don't train on your data).
